Some cleaning contractors are commissioned to carry out periodic deep cleaning and complete sanitizing in large kitchens where many meals are prepared, such as: hospitals, nursing homes, residences for the elderly, schools, self-service restaurants, canteens, catering companies, and cooked food production companies.
All surfaces in these environments must be regularly cleaned and sanitized to ensure proper hygienic safety.
For this purpose, in addition to using manual equipment, a Santoemma professional machine can be used to completely clean and sanitize all surfaces: worktops and tables, fume hoods, cold rooms, transport trolleys, equipment, floors and walls.
A compact, cleaning and sanitizing foam is sprayed on all surfaces including hard to reach corners. Using the same spray gun, the operator performs the subsequent low-pressure rinsing.
Finally, a specific accessory allows to brush and vacuum the floors, leaving them perfectly dry.
The flexible accessories allow you to work with maximum maneuverability even in furnished environments.
Laboratory tests show that it is possible to eliminate 99.9% of bacteria from treated surfaces.
Using special optional devices, with Santoemma models of the FRV FOOD range it is also possible to carry out a quick sanitization of surfaces and environments that have already been cleaned, by means of three systems: nebulization@100micron, turbo-nebulization@50micron or dry fog@7micron.
