In hotels there can be small, medium or big size kitchens.
In any case, these are partially furnished spaces which require a frequent cleaning and sanitization.

In addition to the daily use of manual tools, it is possible to use periodically also a Santoemma professional machine to deeply clean and completely sanitize the areas, such as walls, worktops, refrigerators, transport trolleys.

The cleaning and sanitizing chemical is sprayed at low pressure on all the surfaces, including the hard-to-reach areas, using a manual gun also used for rinsing.

A specific brush allows to spray, brush and vacuum the floors, leaving them perfectly dry.

Depending on the type and dimensions of the areas, it will be preferable to use a model that sprays a thin layer of foam or a sanitizing solution of water and chemical.
In both cases dirt and bacteria are completely removed from the surfaces.

By purchasing a specific floor accessory, it is possible to use the machine also for the periodic sanitization of toilets.
