Processing areas

Even in dairy farms all the areas involved in food processing and storage must be carefully cleaned and sanitized every day.

Santoemma developed some professional machines which allow the operator to act on processing and storage areas, on worktops, machineries, transport trolleys, storage areas and refrigerators

By using a manual gun, the operator sprays on the surfaces a cleaning and sanitizing dense foam.

With the same gun, the surfaces are rinsed at a controlled pressure to remove quickly the residual liquid of foam and dirt.

Specific products allow to kill 99,9% of bacteria.

Rinsing at low pressure prevents removed particles from bouncing on other surfaces and from creating clouds of water vapors in the environment.
Water vapors containing micro-organisms would re-deposit on the surfaces shortly after the intervention, re-contaminating them.

With some models of the range it is possible to vacuum the residual liquid from the floor, leaving the environments completely dry after cleaning.
