The SMARTKIT system, patented by Santoemma, allows you to get several
advantages in fabric cleaning.
SMARTKIT-SW50C, for SW50 and SW70 models, allows you to perform:
- Injection-extraction cleaning with automatic chemical dosing. Manual dilution is avoided. Chemical waste is eliminated.
- Carpet and upholstery pre-spraying
before cleaning. Pre-spraying very dirty surfaces allows you to soften the dirt, to obtain
better cleaning results and to speed up the cleaning operations.
- Rinsing fabrics, using clean water only and removing any chemical residual from the fibres.
- Pre-spraying
and rinsing with low pressure, cleaning the car body as well, using a very
small amount of water.
SMARTKIT-SW50C includes the brackets
for connection to the machine, the pre-spray hose and the spray gun.
Using MICRO-KILL chemical, it is possible to sanitize fabrics.
- SMARTKIT-SW50C automatically sets the best chemical concentration for carpet pre-spraying and
for extraction cleaning with chemical.
- Thanks
to the automatic chemical dosing system, it will be not necessary to calculate
the amount of chemical to put in the tank.
- With SMARTKIT-SW50C there is no waste, since the
chemical is always kept inside the pure chemical tank.
- Pre-spraying fabrics helps to get a better cleaning result and to accelerate the following
cleaning operations as well, since it allows a proper dwell time for the
chemical action.
- The
machine equipped with SMARTKIT is a single unit easily transportable from site
to site. The operator does not have to use external portable sprayers, either
manual or electric.
- The
waste of time due to frequent refilling of portable pre-sprayers is eliminated,
thanks to the machine tank’s long autonomy.
- The
operator can pre-spray surfaces very fast, thanks to the machine’s pump high
performance.
- By
rinsing fabrics, any sticky chemical residual is removed from fabric fibres,
avoiding their quick resoling.
- With
SMARTKIT, rinsing carpet becomes very easy and will not require to drain the
solution tank, rinse it and fill it again with clean water only.
