In food industries, all areas involved in food processing and storage must be cleaned and sanitized carefully every day.

Santoemma developed some professional machines which allow the operator to act on worktops, machineries, transport trolleys, storage areas and refrigerators.

These models represent an optimal solution for small and medium size food industries, but also for large companies equipped with central washing plant, which need a portable machine to act on specific areas.

The operator sprays on all the surfaces a cleaning and sanitizing dense foam.

After about 3 minutes the dense foam manages to kill 99,9% of bacteria, as certified from specific laboratory tests.

With the same gun, surfaces are rinsed at a controlled pressure for removing quickly the residual liquid of foam and dirt.

This prevents removed particles from bouncing on other surfaces and from creating clouds of water vapor in the environment, which would keep the micro-organisms in suspension for many minutes. These micro-organisms would re-deposit on the surfaces after rinsing, thus invalidating the completeness of the bactericidal action.

Some models of the range allow to vacuum the residual liquid from the floor, leaving the environments completely dry after cleaning.
