IdroFoamRinse200 is an innovative, electrically powered machine, patented by Santoemma, which allows you to spray a compact foam and rinse continuously.

The water used for foaming and rinsing is directly taken from the water network, therefore the machine has an unlimited autonomy. Pure chemical is contained in its separate tank and is automatically used by the machine in a controlled quantity.

The internal air-compressor allows to produce foam with an optimal density, adjustable by the operator. It is not necessary to connect the machine to an external compressed air system. Rinsing is performed tat an optimal pressure, suitable for small and medium-sized rooms.

The cleaning process is carried out through three stages:

Spraying of foam on all the surfaces to be cleaned (walls, sanitary fixtures, showers and panes),
Chemical actionagainst dirt and bacteria,
Rinsing with clean water.

Using optional devices, the same machine also allows a chemical to be nebulized to quickly sanitize previously cleaned surfaces and environments.
Santoemma has developed 3 nebulizing systems to provide the ideal solution in every situation:

Nebulization@100micron

The IdroFoamRinse models, equipped with a specific gun, are able to nebulize the sanitizing chemical in the form of a liquid solution in 100 micron particles. With the nebulization at 100 micron the particles deposit evenly on the surfaces wetting them slightly and after a few minutes the particles evaporate, leaving the surfaces dry. In this way the chemical is able to act for the necessary time to carry out its sanitizing action. This is the ideal solution to quickly sanitize all washable surfaces.

Turbo-nebulization@50micron

By using a specific hand gun for turbo-nebulization@50micron it is also possible to deliver a mixture of air and very fine particles of pure sanitizing product with a diameter of only 50micron.

Their small size allows the particles to remain in suspension in the sanitizing air jet, which can reach points 4 meters away from the operator. By directing the jet appropriately, it can easily reach every point in the room and saturate small rooms quickly and evenly.

With turbo-nebulization@50micron, the particles wet surfaces very little, leaving them only slightly damp for a few minutes. In this way, the product is able to act for as long as it takes to perform its sanitizing action in all points.

Dry fog@7micron

Moreover, by adding a special Santoemma device, it is possible to deliver a sanitizing chemical in the form of 7 micron dry fog. The dry fog is delivered for a time sufficient to completely fill the rooms and then left to act for a few minutes after saturation in order to exercise its sanitizing action. This type of dry fog allows you to reach every point, without wetting the surfaces. The machine can be left inside the room to be treated. Alternatively, you can leave the machine out of the room, placing inside only the chemical tank.

Santoemma patented IdroFoamrinse system is the best solution to the problem of cleaning and sanitizing restrooms in places where there is no need of vaccuming the floor after cleaning. It offers several advantages when compared to any other cleaning system:

Better cleaning and sanitising result: foam does not immediately fall onto the floor, but stays on the surfaces where it has been sprayed for some minutes. This ensures both the cleaning and sanitizing action. Laboratory tests certify that the application of Santoemma chemicals on a surface for 3 minutes allows you to kill 99,9% of bacteria.
Visual effect of foam: foam covers in white all the surfaces where it is sprayed such as walls, sinks, fixtures. The operator can therefore check that every corner has been covered, for a complete action in every point.
The greatest hygienic safety for the worker, who does not come in contact with the surfaces and the objects to be cleaned and who does not get wet by the bouncing water, because rinsing is done with low pressure.
Reduced labour for the worker: manual work is reduced to a minimum since the dirt is removed by the chemical action of foam and the following rinsing action.
This system, more comfortable and hygienic, gives a greater fulfilment to the worker.
Saving of time: while foam acts on the surfaces where it has already been sprayed, the worker is free to operate on the next surface. Therefore, even a big room can be completely cleaned quickly and with no idle time.
Detergent saving: the chemical is used without waste because it does not immediately fall onto the floor.
Reduced power consumption: the machine requires little electrical power and therefore it can be used in any places.
Reduced water consumption: Santoemma systems, rinsing with low pressure, require a minimal quantity of water. This avoids the flood of rooms, allows a longer working autonomy and offers the immediate availability of the rooms that have been cleaned.

The machine has a contained size and it is easy to carry from place to place.
The machine can work with unlimited autonomy in foaming and rinsing, thanks to a continuous filling system that takes water directly from the water network.
Foam is generated by an internal compressor, therefore it is not necessary to connect the machine to an external compressed air system.
The control/regulation panel is handy and the controls are simple and intuitive.
Switching from foaming to rinsing is very easy, rotating the proper levers situated on the control panel.
The tank containing pure detergent is placed in a special compartment and the detergent is automatically sucked by the machine in the correct quantity.
All the accessories for cleaning and for finishing are placed on the machine, so they can be easily used and carried.
Using optional accessories, a chemical can be nebulized with the same machine to quickly sanitize previously cleaned surfaces and environments.
